How to use:

• Prep the nail plate (manicure, BIBLIOTEKA Dehydrator, BIBLIOTEKA Ultrabond)
• Apply BIBLIOTEKA Rubber Base, cure 60 sec (LED)
• Apply colour in a thin coat, cure 60 sec
• Apply second coat if needed
• Finish with top coat (Clear Top / No Wipe / Fog Top BIBLIOTEKA)
